Obdarovan\u00e9mu prin\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed vlastn\u00edcke pr\u00e1vo a\u017e vtedy, ak o tom pr\u00e1voplatne rozhodne katastr\u00e1lny \u00farad, a to po predlo\u017een\u00ed p\u00edsomnej darovacej zmluvy.
